    New Star Club – Quebec is a non-profit organization who aims to develop and maintain a high quality of recreational activities in the Tamil community for kids and adult to play and connect. Through an annual Sports Festival, we reunite Tamil families, build leadership skills for kids, and promote healthy lifestyle in our community.

    Our Mission

    New Star Club is a non-profitable cultural organisation for Tamil people living in the Province of Quebec. The Association aims to promote prosocial behavior through divers’ type of sport and culture events amongst youths and adults. It also promotes young generation to learn and preserve the rich heritage of Tamil language and culture. Membership of the Association is open to all people of Tamil origin living in the Quebec despite their country of birth and residence. We are united by the Tamil language and Tamil culture – reaching beyond the boundaries of nationalities and countries. We also welcome non-Tamils who are interested in Tamil language and culture.


    NSC     seeks to strengthen the community capacity by providing professional support to organizations, businesses and individuals in need. The Club is committed to helping visible minorities particularly the Tamil Community through services and resources dedicated to support the social, cultural, educational and economic development of the community.

    Our Objectives

    For purely charitable purposes and non-pecuniary profits for its members, NSC aims to provide services through access of resources and professionals to assist organizations, businesses, and individuals in need, promote prosocial lifestyle, preserve the Tamil language and culture, bring awareness and be a point of reference of the Tamil Community.
